So I'm leaving for Manitoba on Sunday. My flight is at 5:40AM...which is fucking gross because I am NOT a morning person at all. At this point I'll be there for the week with the possibility of coming back on Saturday. Depending on the weather conditions, we may end up staying which will keep me there until the end of September. Sucks because I will miss my Fiancee and kids. It'll be good money though...so I guess there's a bright side to everything...even if it's not that bright. It's a long time to be away from home, for me at least.
My poker playing will also depend on whether I stay or go...if I stay it's looking like July before I'll be able to get into full swing.
About a month ago I ordered a new mouse off E-Bay which came from China. I payed $20 all together so whatever. It finally came this week. I was getting worried since I've known since last week that I was going to be leaving and obviously wanted it before I left. Here is a pic of it:
It has 6 buttons but one is just a DPI button so I don't count it. It's nothing overly special but it lights up and gives me a few more options for buttons for games/poker. It goes up to 2000DPI for a sensitivity setting which is uber sensitive and would take a lot of getting used to. I'll post some pics of my set-up when I get there cause the hotel is actually pretty cool, especially given the remote location.
